Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Qwerra, a product of Knivok Private Limited (“Knivok”, “Knovik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each account belongs to an organization workspace (“Tenant”); you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of your organization when creating a Tenant.

2. The Service

Qwerra lets you connect business data sources (such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity) and ask natural-language questions about that data. Your access to third-party data sources is subject to those providers’ own terms; Qwerra is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party connectors.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Tenant’s data or workspace.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Do not use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload or connect data you do not have the right to share.

4. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you connect to or input into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to access, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Knivok Private Limited and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if required to comply with law, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Insights and answers generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, financial, or legal decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNIVOK PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
