Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Qwerra (“Qwerra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of Knivok Private Limited (“Knivok”, “Knovik”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, organization/tenant name, and a securely hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords).
  • Connected data source information: when you connect Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Microsoft Clarity, or similar sources, we access and store OAuth tokens and the analytics/metrics data needed to answer your questions and power your dashboard.
  • Usage data: queries you ask, conversation history, session metadata, device and browser information, and log data (IP address, timestamps, API requests).
  • Mobile app data: if you use our mobile app, we issue a session token to your device and may cache synced connector data locally on your device for offline access.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including answering your natural-language questions about your connected business data.
  • To authenticate you and maintain the security of your account and tenant workspace.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
  • To monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your connected analytics data to third parties.

3. Data from Third-Party Connectors

When you connect a data source (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity), you authorize Qwerra to access that data via OAuth on your behalf, strictly to display it back to you and to generate answers to the questions you ask within your own tenant workspace. We only request the minimum scopes required to read your analytics data. You may revoke this access at any time from your connected provider’s account settings or from within Qwerra.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Multi-Tenancy

Each customer’s data is logically isolated within its own tenant workspace. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with a per-user salt and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and connector data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain session security across the Qwerra web application. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
